Job Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

• Perform scheduled maintenance for:
• Air-conditioning systems (basic servicing, filter cleaning)
• Electrical systems (lighting, switches, sockets)
• Plumbing systems (toilets, piping, water systems)
• General building maintenance (doors, walls, fittings)
• Ensure all PPM activities are completed on schedule

Corrective Maintenance

• Attend to breakdowns and perform repair works at branches
• Diagnose issues and carry out immediate repairs
• Escalate major issues when required

Logistics & Support

• Assist in logistics, delivery, and movement of equipment and materials
• Coordinate deployment of manpower, tools, and equipment to sites
• Support urgent and ad-hoc maintenance requests

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain proper maintenance records and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, branches, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with SOP and safety standards

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
