Internship Responsibilities

During your internship, you will be involved in various HR and administrative activities, including:

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
• Assist with creating job advertisements and updating candidate databases.
• Handle recruitment-related records, documents, and administrative tasks.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records.
• Gain practical exposure to payroll-related activities and attendance tracking.
• Accompany HR Officers during client visits and assist with employee-related matters.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Carry out other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated students who meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Human Resource
• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Finance
• Other related fields
• Minimum CGPA: 3.50
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
