Job Description

• Update & maintain accurate production records
• Highlight any discrepancies to the immediate superior
• Record attendance & leave for approval
• Record daily overtime (OT) for all workers
• Prepare weekly manpower arrangement
• Submit weekly insect inspection reports to the QC Department
• Prepare metal detection reports
• Assist with additional reports as requested by management
• Prepare & submit accurate monthly production reports
• Assist in monthly & yearly stock take activities
• Maintain sufficient stock of production forms, labels & consumables
• Monitor & record supplies for the First Aid Kit box
• Support 5S practices in the workplace
• Assist the Fibre Controller in stock control
• Maintain & manage workers’ locker allocations
• Perform any other related duties assigned by superiors

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Certificate in Industrial/Manufacturing field
• Minimum at least 1 year working experience
• Proactive, responsible & able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Good understanding of production recording procedures & ERP system
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Adherence to workplace health and safety regulations
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP software)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
