Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Request and evaluate supplier and sub-contractor quotations.
• Check site progress claims and variation orders (VO).
• Support tender preparation and contract documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (Cubicost is a plus).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
