JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and effective communication.
• Assist the superior in providing a high level of customer service experience.
• Generate sales leads and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Follow up on job progress and provide customers with timely updates.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the system accordingly.
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong telephone handling skills and active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different types of customers, as no two customers are the same.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
