Job Responsibilities: -

• Identify and source the most suitable suppliers for raw materials and other production-related supplies

• Negotiate favourable pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company

• Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking

• Collaborate with the production team to understand forecasted demand and plan procurement activities accordingly

• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and prepare relevant reports

• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and implement cost-saving measures

• Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures

Job Requirements: -

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize purchasing decisions

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization
