Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware fashion Content Creator to join our team. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content that showcases our apparel and lifestyle collections. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a strong aesthetic eye, and a deep understanding of short-form video platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Production: Shoot and edit trendy, high-engagement short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), lookbook photos, and product imagery.

· Styling & Concept: Style outfits, plan aesthetic shoots, and translate seasonal fashion trends into brand-aligned content.

· Copywriting: Write catchy captions, video scripts, and product copy that reflect our brand voice.

· Calendar Management: Maintain an active content calendar aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales.

· Trend Tracking: Monitor social media trends, viral audio, and competitor activities to keep our brand relevant.

· Community Engagement: Interact with followers through comments and messages to build a loyal community.

· Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize future content strategy.

Requirements & Skills

· Proven experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing within the fashion or retail industry.

· Proficiency with smartphone content creation as well as basic studio/professional camera gear.

· Strong skills in video and photo editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom).

· A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, aesthetic styling, and video editing capabilities.

· Up-to-date knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
