We’re Hiring: Software Engineer

Location: Banting, Selangor

Salary: RM5,000 per month

MYFutureJobs PERKESO Negeri Sembilan is assisting an employer in Banting to recruit a Software Engineer.

You will develop and support software used across production, quality, warehouse, inventory and other business operations. The role includes:

• Building and maintaining applications, databases, dashboards and reports.
• Integrating software with manufacturing equipment and systems such as MES, ERP and WMS.
• Troubleshooting applications, databases and system interfaces.
• Testing and deploying changes, documenting solutions, and supporting users.
• Working with different departments on automation and digitalisation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in software development, system engineering or application support.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as C#, Java, Python or JavaScript, plus good SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration and the software development lifecycle.
• Able to support urgent system issues outside normal working hours when required.

Experience with manufacturing systems, MES, ERP, WMS, IoT or automation is an advantage. Mandarin is an added advantage.
