Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning Master Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive Commissioning Plans, scripts, and schedules in compliance with ASHRAE Guideline 0 and Uptime Institute standards.
• Phase Execution (L1–L5): Direct Factory Witness Testing (L1), Component Static Verification (L2), Pre-functional / Equipment Startup (L3), Functional Performance Testing (L4), and Integrated Systems Testing / IST (L5).
• Load Bank & Black Building Testing: Direct full-load heat dissipation tests with resistive/reactive load banks; lead Black Start, failure simulation, and emergency utility-to-generator auto-transfer scenarios.
• Issue Management & Closeout: Maintain and chair the Cx Issues Log, driving root-cause analyses and technical resolutions across general contractors, sub-contractors, and vendor specialists.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Automation.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in M&E engineering with at least 3+ years leading Tier III / Tier IV Data Center commissioning.
• Certifications: Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), NEBB, CDCP, or Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (ATD) / Specialist (ATS) strongly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Deep technical mastery of sequence of operations (SOO), UPS step-load transients, Chiller/CRAH failover loops, and EPMS/BMS automated triggers.
