A Tax / Financial Data Entry Executive job scope involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing financial transactions and records within a company's accounting systems using UBS Accounting Systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Transaction Input: Enter financial data such as invoices, receipts, vendor bills, and payment vouchers into databases or UBS Accounting systems.
• Reconciliation: Help match bank statements, credit card logs, and payment advice with internal ledgers.
• Record Maintenance: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic financial documents for audits and compliance.
• Data Verification: Check figures for accuracy, spot discrepancies, and resolve errors with guidance from accounting teams.
• Support Tasks: Assist with basic Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties or month-end reporting.

Required Skills & Tools

• Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (such as UBS, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy to prevent costly numerical errors in financial records.
• Typing & Speed: Fast and precise typing capability to handle high-volume data entry.
• Confidentiality: Strict adherence to data privacy and security policies regarding sensitive financial information

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
