Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train, coach, and schedule staff.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness, display, and overall appearance.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and stock takes.
• Monitor store performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a retail supervisory, team leader, or store management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, 5 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
