We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and secure projects in the electrical, underground utility, HDD and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new project opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, factories and infrastructure companies.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Generate leads and actively follow up on project opportunities.

- Visit project sites and clients when required to understand project requirements.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and proposals with the technical/operation team.

- Negotiate with clients and assist in securing new projects.

- Monitor ongoing opportunities from initial enquiry until project award.

- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and provide regular sales updates.

- Coordinate with internal project, engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Preferred Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in project sales, business development or construction/electrical sales.

- Experience in electrical, civil, HDD, underground utility, infrastructure, solar, data centre or M&E projects is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

- Able to identify opportunities and independently follow up until project award.

- Existing industry contacts and experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers or utility-related companies will be an advantage.

- Willing to travel for client meetings and project/site visits.

- Possess own transport.

- Basic salary: RM3,500 – RM6,000

The successful candidate will be measured primarily on new project opportunities generated, quotations/tenders secured and projects successfully awarded.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
