Job Description

Gain hands-on engineering experience across BloomThis' Fulfillment Operations, spanning production and logistics, while being exposed to AI workflows, data analytics, and internal tooling. Full-time internship, 40 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship small internal tools (Lambda functions, React dashboards, or APIs) that solve real problems for Fulfillment Ops teams
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing production/logistics systems, working from tickets through to deployed fix
• Track and manage engineering work on Kanban boards, including scoping and status updates
• Review existing business support systems and propose concrete technical improvements, ideally backed by a working prototype or PR
• Partner directly with Fulfillment Operations Leaders to translate operational pain points into engineering requirements

Qualifications

Core Technical Skills:

• TypeScript and Node.js
• AWS services, especially Lambda
• React for frontend development
• SQL databases (MSSQL or equivalent, Postgres/MySQL experience also considered)
• RESTful API design and development

Additional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently and picking up ambiguous problems

Bonus:

• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Cloud deployment, AWS especially
• Exposure to data pipelines or analytics tooling

Pay: RM700.00 per month
