As a Malaysian family-owned food manufacturer with over 40 years of experience, we are continuously developing new products and bringing innovative food solutions to both local and international markets.

Location: Kajang, Selangor

Position: R&D Executive / Food Technologist

Industry: Food Manufacturing

• Develop and improve new and existing food products, from concept to commercialisation
• Conduct product trials, testing and sensory evaluations
• Develop and optimise recipes, formulations and production processes
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing and Sales teams
• Conduct shelf-life and product stability studies
• Prepare product specifications, formulations and R&D documentation
• Troubleshoot product and production issues and recommend improvements
• Support costing and ingredient selection for new product development
• Keep up to date with food trends, ingredients and market opportunities
• Ensure new products meet quality, food safety and regulatory requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or a related field
• Experience in food R&D or food manufacturing is an advantage
• Strong interest in product development and food innovation
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as within a team
• Practical, hands-on and willing to participate in factory trials
