What We're Looking For :

 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in printing , advertising or related field will be an advantage.

 B2B sales experience (handling SME or corporate clients) is required.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 Fluent in English and Mandarin to deal with customer.

 Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts effectively.

 Able to work independently and as part of a team.

 Own transport is required.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Business Development

 Introduce and present offline advertising & promotional solutions covers flyer distribution, banners, stickers, and physical marketing materials tailored to client needs.

 Actively prospect, meet, and engage SME business owners to promote SBS’s advertising solutions.

 Follow-up and close leads generated from marketing campaigns or personal networking.

 Meet and submit daily, monthly, and annual KPIs as set by the management.

Client Relationship Management

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

 Understand client objectives and propose effective advertising strategies and packages.

 Provide timely after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Operations & Reporting

 Update CRM/sales sheets daily to ensure accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and performance.

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader.

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Collaboration & Team Support

 Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects.

 Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and client experience.
