Role Description

• Supports day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating basic outreach efforts.
• Conduct market research, gather and organize data on target audiences, and monitor marketing activities.
• Supporting customer service initiatives, updating content on marketing channels, assisting the sales team with promotional efforts
• Prepare reports to track campaign performance
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to help analyze trends, understand target audiences, and support campaign planning.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or current enrollment) is beneficial.
• Proficiency with common office software and familiarity with social media platforms or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Klang.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
