We work with developers, consultants, contractors, and professionals from different business segments in delivering engineering products for construction use such as flexible joints, valves, mechanical fittings, and other equipment. We are the sole distributor of AFA, MIHA, CRANE, LEDE, ZICON CONTROLS and EASYFLEX products in Malaysia.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Balakong, Selangor. As a Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation for customers
• Assist the sales team in following up with customers on quotations and orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain proper records of sales documents and customer information
• Assist in monitoring order status and updating customers when necessary
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
• Assist in payment follow-ups and documentation when required
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
