About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to support our project team in Cyberjaya. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are looking for their first full-time career opportunity in the construction and engineering industry. Previous Document Controller experience is not required. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise project documents, drawings, submissions and correspondence.

• Maintain proper filing and document control systems.

• Track document submissions, approvals, revisions and records.

• Assist in preparing reports, meeting documents and project records.

• Coordinate documentation with project engineers, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

• Ensure project documents are properly recorded, updated and easily accessible.

• Support the project team with general documentation and administrative tasks when required.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of working experience are welcome.

• No previous Document Controller experience is required. Training will be provided.

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and basic office applications.

• Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and willing to learn.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage.

• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
