Job Title: Telemarketing Assistant (Fresh Grads Welcome – KLIA)

Location: KLIA

Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,200

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing / Customer Service to join our team in KLIA. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are confident, love talking to people, and are looking to start a rewarding career in sales and customer engagement. No experience? No problem! We provide full training to ensure you succeed.

What You Will Do:

• Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote our products and services.
• Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and explaining service benefits.
• Follow up on leads and work towards achieving daily/weekly engagement targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Languages: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Ability to communicate clearly and confidently).
• Mindset: Positive, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a professional attitude.
• Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office/Excel).
• Transport: Must possess your own transport to commute to our SEPANG office.
• Flexibility: Willing to work extended hours or weekends when necessary to meet campaign goals.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
