HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general HR administrative tasks.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and correspondence.
• Perform other duties assigned by the HR Department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiar with Employment Act 1955
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya

Monthly Allowance Provided

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
