Job Responsibilities:

• Lead daily IT operations and service delivery.
• Ensure high availability of servers, storage, networks, internet, and cloud services.
• Support and maintain manufacturing systems such as ERP System, MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in Future (Oodo), and Shop Floor Traceability.
• Implement cybersecurity policies and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• IT project management lead IT projects including ERP upgrades, and infrastructure migration.
• Develop IT SOPs, and IT Asset Management.
• Support compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, customer requirements, cybersecurity requirements, internal audits, and external audits.
• Manage IT Helpdesk and ensure timely ticket closure.
• Vendor Management: ISP, Hardware suppliers, Software vendors, ERP consultants, and Microsoft licensing.
• Lead IT engineers and technicians.
• Assist with IT budgeting and cost management.
• Manage IT inventory and asset traceability.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
• Knowledge of system administration and implementing IT policies.
• Preferred with 5 years of relevant IT experience.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
