Job Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, and follow-ups.
• Support attendance monitoring, data checking, and HR reporting.
• Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Responsible, disciplined, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
