RZB – Rudolf Zimmermann, Bamberg GmbH is a top German lighting manufacturer with over 80 years of innovation in high-performance lighting systems. Our Asia Pacific regional headquarters is based in Puchong, Selangor, supporting projects across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing payroll and payments for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Payment and preparation of SST and tax related matters.
• Managing accounts receivables & payables.
• Managing HR task such as organizing training schedules.
• Coordination of annual accounts with accountant and auditor.
• Implementation of purchase invoices into ERP system.
• Creating payment authorization and managing bank accounts.
• Management of overall office tasks and organisation.
• Managing and updating exchange rates into ERP system.
• Consolidation of invoice with headquarters in Germany.
• Purchasing of office related equipment.
• Any other business or task related to the back office support.

What You Need:

• At least a Certificate or Diploma holder in suitable field like administration, accounts, business, office management etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and meticulous
• Knowledge in “SAP B1” software would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with high degree of commitment
• Strong interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
• Resourceful and independent individual with excellent communication and writing skills
• Able to cope with deadlines and flexible to multi-task
• Pleasant personality, responsible, honest & reliable
• Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
