• Prepare & issue customer invoices for repairs, servicing, and parts sales accurately
• Calculate costs: labour, parts, fluids, and taxes (SST where applicable)
• Process payments: cash, credit/debit card, online transfers, e-wallets
• Issue official receipts & record all daily transactions
• Handle customer billing queries politely & professionally
• Answer calls & greet customers at front counter
• Schedule appointments & update workshop calendar
• File documents: invoices, receipts, DOs, customer records, supplier files
• Handle mail, emails, and general correspondence
• Support workshop manager with ad-hoc admin tasks

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in administration or accounting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to handle administrative tasks and accounting documentation accurately.
• Able to read and write Mandarin – added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
