YOUR TASKS
Discharge customs clearance responsibilities by communicating with customers and providing shipment status visibility to the network within established standards.- Determine the shipment value in accordance to the local valuation guidelines provided by the local authorities
- Ensure the accurate preparation of import and export Customs declarations and the timely provision of those for review
- Contact Customers for shipment information, duty and tax advice, seek payment approval
- Maintenance of Customer database
- Ensure the attainment of both inbound and outbound shipment clearance, efficiently within clearance performance targets and transit time
YOUR PROFILE
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- At least Diploma or equivalent and above
- Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess valid Driving License.
