Requirements:

• Conduct research to develop new products, formulations, or processes.
• Improve existing products in terms of quality, cost-efficiency, or performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Marketing during development phases.
• Perform laboratory tests, trials, and pilot-scale runs to validate formulations and processes.
• Document all research data, test results, and technical reports accurately.
• Ensure that product development complies with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Assist in scaling up product formulations from lab to production scale.
• Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, specifications, and batch records.
• Support regulatory submissions and audits where necessary.

Experience:

• fresh graduates may be considered depending on industry.

Working Days : Mon To Sat (8.00am To 4.30pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
