Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research technology solutions to address business and operational challenges.
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• Work with business users to understand system and process-related problems.
• Support the CTO in evaluating existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Operations Leaders to identify technology gaps and potential solutions.
• Assist in developing, testing, and implementing technology solutions where required.
• Maintain and manage Kanban boards to track technical issues, improvements, and project progress.
• Support basic data analysis and investigation of system or operational issues.
• Assist with documentation, testing, system reviews, and technology-related projects.
• Provide general technical and project support to the CTO as required.

QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS, particularly AWS Lambda
• Understanding of React and frontend development
• Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)

Role Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support Bloomthis in solving business and operational problems through technology.

The intern will gain practical exposure to real business technology challenges while working across areas such as software development, automation, data, AI/ML, cloud technologies, and business systems.

Pay: RM700.00 per month
