About Us

Mizou Holdings Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysian engineering company specializing in the design, fabrication, assembly and manufacturing of innovative agricultural machinery. We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Production Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.

* Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

* Work closely with the R&D and Engineering teams during new product development and product improvement.

* Prepare production schedules, work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

* Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

* Ensure all products comply with quality standards before delivery.

* Coordinate fabrication, machining, welding, assembly and testing activities.

* Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.

* Monitor material usage and reduce production waste.

* Ensure compliance with workplace safety (OSH) requirements and company procedures.

* Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Operation and other related departments to ensure smooth production flow.

* Prepare production reports and progress updates for management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

* Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining and assembly processes will be an added advantage.

* Familiar with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar engineering software.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Possess own transport and willing to work in Sungai Buloh / Shah Alam.
