Job Description – Technician for Wastewater Treatment Industry

• Support general maintenance and fabrication work of the wastewater treatment plant facility (piping installation work and welding work for skid fabrication).
• Perform maintenance of wastewater equipment and systems (replace media and filters, servicing of pump, blower, filter press and etc)
• Performance monitoring of water treatment plant including operates pumps, blowers, valves, chemical dosing systems and control panels.
• Diagnose operating problem and direct effective correction procedures
• Work closely with other technicians, operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure the smooth work operation.
• To undertakes other responsibilities assigned by direct superior from time to time.
• Perform housekeeping for workshop and wastewater treatment plant.
• Assist in delivery when required.
• To comply with all legal requirements for safety, health, and environment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Environmental Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in wastewater treatment area.
• Able to perform multi-tasking work.
• Able to operate machine.
• Able to work in various condition.
• Able to work in team.
• Report to work immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
