Join the team at KLINIK ANDIRA as a Clinic Assistant. In this full-time role based in Bukit Puchong 2, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our general partitioner clinic. Working closely with the medical professionals, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and patient care duties that are crucial to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and registering patients, and booking appointments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment history
• Assisting with the preparation and set-up of examination rooms
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients
• Handling basic medical equipment and supplies
• Supporting the clinic's administrative functions as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage (training provided)
• Friendly, caring, and responsible personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good in editing Canva, tik-tok and social platforms will be extra advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
