•⁠ ⁠Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (Interior Design background is a must).

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is required. Able to understand interior construction drawings confidently.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of working experience in interior renovation, fit-out, or related site coordination.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with clients and contractors. 

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving mindset - Responsive, proactive, and calm under pressure when site issues happen.

•⁠ ⁠Good time management and planning skills with strong attention to workflow and scheduling.

•⁠ ⁠Independent, organized, responsible, and able to lead site coordination confidently.

•⁠ ⁠Pleasant personality, team player, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and manage project timelines, weekly site schedules, and reporting using our in-house systems and templates.

•⁠ ⁠Experience or knowledge in carpentry / built-in furniture / cabinetry works will be an added advantage.
