AI Engineer (Agent)

Work Location: Puchong

Working Mode: On-site

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: MYR8,000

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the architecture design and core development of the enterprise-level AI

Agent platform;

2. Design and develop multi-turn conversational Agent systems based on mainstream

frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Dify), implementing intent recognition, task

orchestration, and tool invocation;

3. Research and apply RAG, ReAct/ReWOO, Agentic workflows, and Agent evaluation

techniques to improve answer accuracy and reliability;

4. Handle local LLM deployment, inference optimization, and serving (vLLM / Ascend /

NVIDIA GPU);

5. Design and maintain vector retrieval pipelines and Agent memory systems;

6. Collaborate with product and client teams to translate business requirements into

deliverable Agent capabilities, driving POC delivery.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields;

2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning / LLM

Agent development;

3. Able to quickly digest academic papers and translate novel techniques into

production-ready implementations;

4. Proficient in Python and Pytorch; familiar with FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL, and

common backend components is a plus;

5. Familiar with at least one AI application framework (LangChain, LangGraph,

LlamaIndex) and vector databases (ChromaDB, Milvus, FAISS);

6. Experience with LLM inference serving (vLLM / TGI), quantization, and multi-GPU

deployment;

7. Understanding of model fine-tuning methods (LoRA / DPO); hands-on experience

preferred;

8. Strong learning ability and team communication skills, comfortable with fast-paced

iterative development.

9.Good command of English is required. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency will be an advantage due to collaboration with the Hong Kong team.
