- Location: Taman Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
GENERAL JOB BRIEF
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administration Department.
This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance administration, payroll support, employee engagement, and office administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group HR Manager while gaining valuable exposure to corporate operations and human resource management practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Functions
- Assist the HR Manager with daily HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records in both physical and electronic formats while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
- Support employee onboarding activities by preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, coordinating induction programmes, and collecting the necessary forms and supporting documents.
- Assist in updating and maintaining records of company assets issued to employees.
- Prepare reports related to employee attendance, leave applications, and payroll administration.
- Monitor attendance and leave records and report discrepancies to the HR Manager.
- Assist in offboarding activities, including exit clearance procedures, the collection of company assets, and documentation management.
- Respond to general employee enquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training programmes, company events, and internal communication initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Office Administration Functions
- Maintain an accurate record of office assets and equipment.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
- Support the administration and maintenance of office facilities.
- Organise and maintain company records and filing systems.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.
