Qualification

•  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or equivalent, Psychology and Human Resources
•  Minimum CGPA of 3.0 

Experience

•  Fresh graduates or those with up to one year of work experience

•  Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of staff across the company

•  Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Oracle HCM and proficiency in e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline and iSpring, would be of an added advantage
