Prominent Access Sdn Bhd specializes in premium industrial entrance and safety solutions. We deliver high-performance, energy-efficient equipment including high-speed doors, loading bay systems, and safety bollards to top-tier industrial clients.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, precise Technician to manage the on-site installation, diagnostic testing, and preventive maintenance of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup: Install industrial high-speed doors, dock levelers, dock shelters, and safety equipment at client facilities.
• Maintenance & Servicing: Perform routine audits, preventive maintenance, and accurate diagnostic checks on mechanical and electrical components.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical faults efficiently to minimize client downtime.
• Quality Control: Ensure all physical installations precisely match approved technical drawings and site dimensions.
• Reporting: Provide clear, direct updates on site progress and technical issues to the business development and management teams.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or relevant hands-on experience).
• Prior experience handling industrial doors, motor controls, or loading bay equipment is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various industrial sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical accuracy.
