1. Process any invoices from supplier and submit to Finance department for payment

2. Sourcing for new supplier or contractor when needed (compare quotation)

3. Coordinate with supplier to ensure monthly warehouse services (include but not limited to pest control, gardener, and air freshener)

4. Report any concern / complaint from the warehouse

5. Work closely with Technician on warehouse maintenance

6. Manage pantry items and stationery inventory

7. Ensure overall warehouse cleanliness and staff welfare

8. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM750.00 per month
