At James King Group, we don't just renovate spaces — we transform how businesses feel and function. You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager, supporting client relationships, business proposals, and cross-border opportunities — including occasional travel to Singapore.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with the Business Development Manager to manage client follow-ups, meeting coordination, and sales planning activities — making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
• Preparing polished proposals, quotations, and client-facing documentation that reflect the quality and professionalism James King Group is known for.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors in the interior fit-out space.
• Coordinating and supporting meetings, client presentations, and site visits — including engagements with clients in Singapore when required.
• Acting as a key liaison between the Business Development, Design, and Project teams to ensure client proposals are accurate, competitive, and compelling.
• Supporting the broader business development pipeline across our Kuala Lumpur and Singapore operations, giving you cross-regional exposure that's rare at this level.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or any related discipline.
• Prior experience in sales support, admin, customer service, or business development is an advantage — but if you're a fresh graduates with the right mindset, we'd still love to meet you.
• Strong communication skills in English — able to write clearly and speak confidently with clients and stakeholders. Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage to support our clientele.
• A natural organizer — you plan ahead, follow through, and keep things running smoothly.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); any CRM experience is a bonus.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to Singapore as business requires (travel and accommodation will be arranged and covered by the company)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
