• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other online platforms.
• Assist customers with mobile phone installment (Ansuran Mudah) applications.
• Key in customer application details accurately.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status.
• Provide information on phone installment packages and required documents.
• Update daily phone price lists.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and support the team.
