Responsibilities

• 
  Manage the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• 
  Ensure all operational procedures, service standards, and company SOPs are consistently followed.
• 
  Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
• 
  Drive outlet sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
• 
  Develop strategies to increase customer retention, repeat visits, and new customer acquisition.
• 
  Lead, supervise, and motivate therapists and outlet staff to achieve operational and sales goals.
• 
  Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
• 
  Support unavailable team members (Therapist etc)
• 
  Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• 
  Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in outlet management, retail management, wellness, beauty, spa, healthcare, or a related industry.
• 
  Experience managing sales performance and leading a team.
• 
  Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• 
  Able to work independently and under pressure.
• 
  Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 
  Possess own transportation and willing to travel between outlets when required.
