Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including reconciliations, schedules, and management reports.
• Prepare financial statements and support tax compliance and filing requirements.
• Liaise with auditors during statutory audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
• Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Communicate with clients to obtain financial information and provide professional support and advice.
• Manage designated client portfolios, maintain strong client relationships, ensure timely collection of payments, and uphold financial compliance requirements.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and audit processes.
• Candidates with experience using accounting system such as QuickBooks and SQL accounting will have an advantage.
• Experience in handling external audits and responding to audit inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
