职位描述

岗位职责

Company Description The National AI Educators Fellowship (NAiEF) is Malaysia’s first classroom-focused initiative and evidence engine for AI-enabled teaching. NAiEF offers a structured, five-tier professional pathway that helps educators progress from foundational AI use to school, district, and national leadership in AI-enabled education. The fellowship emphasizes practical classroom deployment, aiming to enhance teacher productivity, strengthen student STEM readiness, and promote equitable AI implementation across schools. Certifications are awarded only when educators demonstrate real-world impact through evidence-based classroom applications. NAiEF is built in partnership with globally recognized learning ecosystems such as Microsoft Learn and Cisco AI Academy, and aligns with international frameworks including UNESCO and OECD standards.
Role Description The Operations Management Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Semenyih, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. This role supports daily program operations, including coordinating schedules, tracking educator progress across fellowship tiers, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The intern assists with project workflows, prepares reports and documentation, and helps streamline processes to ensure smooth delivery of training and capstone sprints. Day-to-day tasks may include responding to educator inquiries, supporting onboarding and customer service activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. The intern will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, identifying operational bottlenecks, and proposing practical solutions.
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to manage data, track fellowship metrics, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Foundational Operations Management knowledge to assist with process coordination, workflow optimization, and resource tracking.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with educators, partners, and internal teams.
  • Customer Service orientation to provide timely, respectful support to fellows and stakeholders and ensure a positive program experience.
  • Basic Project Management abilities to help plan tasks, monitor timelines, and coordinate deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to a fast-evolving education technology context.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Operations, Education, or a related field is preferred, with interest in AI and education considered an advantage.
