Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Supplier Management
- Source products and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Compare pricing, quality, and lead times to support purchasing decisions.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
- Resolve purchasing issues, including shortages, damaged goods, pricing discrepancies, and invoice-related matters.
Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound deliveries.
- Track purchase orders and shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Liaise with internal departments to support daily operational requirements.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure inventory records are updated accurately after goods are received.
- Support stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Work closely with the warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate procurement and operational records.
- Prepare purchasing, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
- Experience in procurement, inventory control, logistics, or operations is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Willing to work for 5.5 days / week
