Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking systems, and help deliver a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers and interview panel members.

• Manage candidate communications, including interview invitations, confirmations, follow-ups and status updates.

• Prepare recruitment-related documents such as interview schedules.

• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including triggered reference checks and document collection.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with IT, and relevant departments for new joiners.

• Assist in supporting recruitment events if any.

• Handle general administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition and provide support to the TA team as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
