JOB SUMMARY

The Video Content & Graphic Design Intern is responsible for supporting the creative team in producing engaging visual content for the Company's social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and livestream activities. The intern will assist in video editing, graphic design, and content preparation to enhance the Company's brand presence and customer engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms (eg. TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and etc).
• Cut, trim and arrange video footage according to project requirements.
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects and motion graphics where appropriate.
• Ensure all videos meet the Company's branding and quality standards.

Graphic Design

• Design promotional banners, posters, social media creatives and marketing materials.
• Create product thumbnails, livestream posters and campaign visuals.
• Assist in designing digital advertisements and branding materials.

Content Support

• Assist in preparing creative content for livestream promotions.
• Support content planning and campaign execution.
• Organise and manage creative assets including photos, videos and design files.

Photography & Videography

• Assist in recording promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Capture product photos and videos when required.
• Assist during product shoots and livestream setup.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing, Operation and Live Host teams.
• Receive creative briefs and deliver assigned projects within the agreed timeline.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain proper filing of creative assets.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Media, Mass Communication or related field.
• Proficient in Capcut and Basic Canva.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends.
• Creative with good visual storytelling skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Motion graphics and animation knowledge are an advantage.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
• Understanding of e-commerce and livestream content is preferred.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
