岗位职责

  • Develop and implement the organization's learning & capability development strategy to support business objectives and workforce growth.
  • Design and continuously enhance competency-based learning programs, training materials, and career development pathways for employees at all levels.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives by identifying critical roles, assessing talent readiness, and strengthening leadership pipelines.
  • Drive the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process in collaboration with department heads to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency assessments to recommend effective learning and capability development solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to build leadership development programs, competency frameworks, and department-specific capability development plans.
  • Monitor learning effectiveness through KPIs, manage external training partners and learning systems, and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
