Job Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase documents. • Record and update inventory accurately in the system on a timely basis. • Conduct regular stock counts (Van and Depot) and reconcile any discrepancies. • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory to support daily operations. 2. Warehouse Operations • Organize and store products in designated areas to ensure accessibility, safety, and efficiency. • Prepare, pick, and issue goods accurately based on sales orders or delivery requests. • Ensure proper handling and storage of FMCG products to prevent damage, expiry, or spoilage. • Support smooth inbound and outbound warehouse processes. 3. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain accurate records of goods received, dispatched, and returned. • Prepare daily stock movement and inventory reports for management review. • Assist in documentation preparation for audits and compliance requirements. 4. Compliance & Safety • Adhere to company policies and procedures on stock handling and warehouse management. • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards. • Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming goods immediately to the supervisor.
