As an HR Intern, you'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop valuable skills in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students looking to build a strong foundation for a successful HR career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day HR activities.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.
• Assist with compliance-related documentation and ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Well-organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Possessing basic knowledge of HR functions and Malaysian employment law (preferred but not required).
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
