SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Senior Account Executive is primarily responsible for managing Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting. The role also provides support in Accounts Payable and General Ledger activities, contributing to overall financial compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily sales verification: Verify daily sales reports from outlets and departments.
• Sales collection updates: Record and update daily sales collections (credit card & cash).
• Cash deposit verification: Ensure daily cash deposits reconcile with sales reports.
• Client billing: Prepare and process billing to clients accurately and on time.
• Revenue Declaration : Assist in prepare the revenue declaration reconciliation and submission
• Debt collection support: Follow up with customers on outstanding receivables.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• E-invoicing: Submit e-invoices to LHDN in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Audit & tax support: Assist in preparing audit and tax schedule.
• Team collaboration: Cooperate with the finance team to maintain and improve the quality management system.
• Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and participate in process enhancement initiatives.
• Other duties: Undertake other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
• AP support: Verify supplier invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts (backup role).
• GL support: Support month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (backup role)
• To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years' of relevant experience
• Organized and able to multitask
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
