Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Drive expansion plans including new clinic openings and partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across all clinic branches.
• Ensure consistent service quality, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
• Standardize SOPs across all clinics.

3. Financial Performance

• Monitor revenue, cost, and profitability of all branches.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.

4. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead and manage clinic managers, department heads, and support teams.
• Build a high-performance culture across the organization.
• Work closely with HR to ensure effective recruitment, retention, and staff development.

5. Marketing & Business Development

• Collaborate with marketing team to drive patient acquisition and brand positioning.
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies.
• Strengthen brand presence of My Dental Care nationwide.

6. Clinical & Service Excellence

• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical governance across all clinics.
• Work with clinical leaders to maintain quality and compliance standards.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key business metrics including revenue, patient numbers, and operational KPIs.
• Provide regular performance reports to top management.
• Implement performance improvement plans where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, retail chain, or multi-branch operations.
• Proven track record in managing operations and driving business growth.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple locations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare or dental industry.
• Experience managing multi-branch operations.
• Experience in scaling business and expansion strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,080.95 - RM10,989.65 per month
