Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Design initial layouts for control panels, ensuring optimal placement of components such as switches, relays, fuses, circuit breakers, and terminals with a focus on accessibility and safety.
• Develop professional wiring diagrams using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Select and configure appropriate electrical components based on project specifications.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and electrical codes.
• Clearly label all components and wiring for easy identification during troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Include necessary technical details such as voltage levels, current ratings, wire types, and engineering notes in wiring diagrams.
• Review wiring diagrams thoroughly to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Supervise the physical assembly of control panels based on approved design drawings.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to verify system performance and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of control panel design and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills for coordination with contractors and engineers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
